Poor customer service. Scammers. Will not use your app ever again! There's a lot of USELESS additional options like disruption premium to add extra cost for your trip. I booked with them and flight was delayed, so I had to book another flight and they said they cannot issue a refund!! Beware don't use this app!!

Don't use. Scam I purchased a ticket including checked in baggage, and the price was the best found online. however it turns out to be excluding the baggage, they refunded the baggage for the first flight but for the second they just kept dodging my request and I ended up paying overall more than the standard ticket price from the airline. inconvenient experience with many messages back and forth with customer services without any useful response or conclusion

app is frustrating. tried checking in days before my flight and it kept directing me in circles without actually telling me how to check in. the app also frequently forgets my trips' existence; the only solution is to force quit the app and reopen it. i like the saved money but its made up by low baggage weight and size. setting up flights are always confusing and this app is extra confusing. ill update my review after my flight.
