With more time with this game I find it less fun and less interesting. A lot of the game design decisions just limit a lot of the play paths and make it incredibly two dimensional. I think the card interactions are ultimately uninteresting and uninerested with itself. I don't think the difficulty is fun, I think it largely falls flat and a lot of the bosses have no personality or challenge. They just blend into your mooks. Play slay the spire, it is the same game but made with passion.

This is a great and challenging card deck building game. There is a wide variety of ways to play and specialize and a lot of possibilities to experiment, with steady updates adding even more. Getting in-game currency becomes tedious at times - but the game offers enough things to discover without it. One character and one booster pack are bought for real money, but other than that, all is unlockable via playing. Graphics and music are good, and glitches are mostly harmless. I love the game. <3

I may change my score if I give this more of a chance. The instructions and knowing what each thing does or guys to use it wasn't clear. So the beginner experience frankly sucks. Was looking for a fun game I could play offline, and this one seemed recommended - might have been a self-promotion spoof (meh). I never paid for games ever until I try-and-like, but this didn't give a try option. Lesson Learned: charging isn't a sign of great, it's a sign of sucks.
