Honestly can't believe I didn't download this months ago. I bought resistance bands, but didn't really know what to do with them other than some basic moves. Then I thought to look for an app (duh). This one is perfect. Easy to choose what you want to work on. You can set the length of your workout. There is a "person" on the screen demonstrating the skill. It just does what you want it to do. Highly recommend!

I started using this app in 2020. I took a break from it in 2022 but I started again this year. It takes some time to learn the routine, but unless you toggle the randomizer it's always the same, which is actually fine if you want a habit to "get strength training out of the way". Having had the bands fly up and lacerate my face in the past, I do modify some of the moves for speed and safety or do crawl training instead - a good "push" complement to the band "pulls". Take bands seriously!

Great app. Enough time for each exercise, rest times just right. Plenty of variety and challenging. Adjustable both in intensity and exercise preference. The timer stops during changing sides and between exercises, so a 45 minute session will be about an hour total. Use this snd the kettlebell app. Great if you can't getvto the gym.
