As a engineer student I can only say the higher into your degree you start getting into the less and less helpful chegg becomes. The website layout is infuriating to use, you constantly have to go thru a 2-step verification to sign in and as others have correctly pointed out you can only have 2 devices at a time registered. The 18 dollars they charge per month doesn't go towards UI or checking the validity of answers that are submitted so you better check the work. Business major? you'll be fine

They give wrong answers a lot of the time, even though they're "expert-verified." A lot of the time, I'll ask a question, and it says there's no solution, so I have to use my 20 questions (send to an expert questions), and then hours later, I get a notification that there was already a solution done in the past, only to be disappointed that it's not the right answer. It's annoying to have to log I every single time I open the app. Also, it's glitchy.

This is my first time using the platform after all the good reviews I've heard from it throughout the years. For instance, if there's a problem with the question or it needs "attention", it never explains what the issue is and just goes unanswered . Secondly, your question can go for days without being answered when you need it answered urgently and you finally do get it, the solution has errors🤷🏾. Like what's the point? I might as well use Chatgpt or DeepSeek and save my money.
