only been using for a few days so far but I really love the simplicity of it. there's not all these pop ups and flashy colours in your face, simply just a timer with the exercise and an option to view the video instructions of said exercise. only issue I've experienced so far which is minor, is that I don't get the reminder notifications until I open the app which defeats the purpose of a notification.

I have been using Bend almost daily for several months. It keeps me going in between physical therapy sessions. I enjoy the simplicity of the app and appreciate being able to leave the app screen and still hear the prompt/count. I just discovered the AI tab. I love this feature as you can tell the app what body part you are struggling with and it will create a routine for you. I typed in rheumatoid arthritis and it made a custom exercise which you can save. Worth the 24 bucks/year! Ty, BendšŸ«¶šŸ¼

Great overall look, feel, and implementation. The art style and simplicity makes me more likely to use it daily. I can't give this 5 stars because there is no way to connect via health connect and/or Fitbit. Manually tracking stretching in addition to using the app is tedious. If this is a feature I missed please let me know.
