The application's reliability is unacceptable. Frequent freezes, pervasive bugs, automatic logouts, and severe "map inconsistencies' are hindering my ability to complete tasks efficiently. The need to restart the app after every job renders it virtually unusable. I am very disappointed with the current state of this application.

the application it self is good. You'll need to work with all the associated hotel harder it's not acceptable to get up at 3am to commit to a customer pick up and be there 5min early to find out your pre-book is stollen by some random driver the hotel doesn't get any even penalties or at least you have to be given the points for the booking. It's not good enough to be treated like that by other so called colleague. We all in the same game . As well customer safety matters.

It used to be good until they came up with priority points idea. No more frequent rides you get. It has changed the pleasure of driving into 9-5 job. I am sure they will loose drivers going to other apps.
